Who I am

This website is run by Rajeev Rathore, a freelance website developer at Gokul Pura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012, India. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Rajeev Rathore. What personal data I handle

This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no payment system. I handle only the following:

Details you send me by WhatsApp, phone call or email: your name, phone number, email address, business name and details, the content of your messages, and the time of your contact.
Server logs kept by my hosting provider: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
To prepare a quote for you.
If you hire me, to build, deliver and support your website.
To keep the records that the law requires.
Server logs are used only to keep the site secure and running.

I do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them, I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for anything else.

Your consent

You give me these details voluntarily when you contact me. By doing so, you agree that I may use them for the purposes above.

How to withdraw your consent

Withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Send me a message saying you withdraw your consent, using either button below, or any other way you contacted me. When you do, I will stop using your details and delete them, unless the law requires me to keep some of them. If you withdraw during a project, I may not be able to continue it.

Who else can see it, and where it is stored

Your messages pass through the services you choose to use, such as WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google), and are subject to their own privacy policies. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. These services may store or process data on servers outside India. I do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies or analytics tools at the moment. If I add any in future, I will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

How long I keep it

I keep your details while your enquiry or project is active, and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires me to keep records longer. After that I delete them. Server logs kept by the hosting provider are deleted by the provider on its own schedule, and may be kept for longer where the law requires.

Security and data breaches

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving the site over HTTPS and protecting my accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification. If a personal data breach affects you, I will tell you and will inform the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask me to:

tell you what personal data of yours I hold and how I use it;
correct, complete or update it;
erase it;
address a grievance (see below); and
nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act for yourself.

Please contact me first. I will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and adults. I do not knowingly collect children's data, and I do not track or monitor children.

Language

This policy is in English. You can ask me for a copy in Hindi or in any other language listed in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of India. Write to me at the contact details above.

Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
